White Ruffle Dress for Spring

Hello, my lovely friends! 2019 has been nothing but crazy. How is it April? What happened to March? I have so many ideas planned for my posts. Everything is outlined and yet, I haven't been able get any of them scheduled. I'm truly hoping April will be kinder.

If you've been following me for a while, you know I don't buy a lot of clothes. I try not to, at least. When I buy clothing, I'm normally on the hunt for a piece and I'm more inclined to buy quality items to fit my style than fast fashion. In short, something needs to be pretty special and be at a very reasonable price to make it to the cashier.

Every piece of my outfit today is special...

I saw this dress on Zara's site and knew it was going to be a perfect fit. It's airy, easy and gives me happy spring vibes. I absolutely adore the button details up the front and how it's longer in the back. The ruffle at the bottom give it a feminine twist along with the boho sleeves. Gosh I love this dress!

I kept my accessories neutral to make make this a universal outfit. It's perfect for a Spring day at the park, company picnic, girls day of shopping to lunch with Mom.

Speaking of accessories, these ones took a while to accumulate. As mentioned, I am very particular about my purchases. My sandals are a few years old and from Sam Edelman. My leather clutch, which I absolutely love, is a Nordstrom brand called Leith. Very affordable for this beautiful suede leather. They're out of the brown leather but they have black and a lilac for Spring. Earrings are ancient and from, surprise surprise, Forever21. My wooden bagels are, of course (you know me!), thrifted! I'll leave similar items in links below for you.

I can't wait to wear this dress right into Summer.

Zara Textured Dress with Ruffles (scary similar! and cheaper)  // Sam Edelman Sandals (similar, similar) // Large Gold Earrings (ancient, similar) // Wooden Bangles (thrifted, similar) // Leith Suede Clutch (brown sold out, black, lilac)
